1. Status of this document
This is an unapproved draft. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and the business has not approved it, so it is not yet in force.
The marked placeholders are decisions for the business and its counsel; they are deliberately left open rather than filled in with plausible wording.
2. Who these terms are with
Cairo Elite Services is the trading name used on this website. The legal counterparty behind it has not yet been confirmed, and no agreement can be concluded on the basis of this draft.
- Legal name of the contracting entity
- Registered address and registration number
- Country and courts whose law governs these terms
- Written contact address for legal notices
3. What this website is
This website presents the services offered and provides a way to start a conversation about them. It is information and an invitation to talk, not an offer, an application, a booking or the service itself.
Nothing you do on this website creates a contract. A service relationship begins only when scope, price and terms are agreed individually for your case.
4. What the services are
Cairo Elite coordinates and personally accompanies relocation to Cairo: residency and government matters, property search, transport, security, cleaning and home care, and legal or business set-up.
The work we do is coordination, preparation, translation logistics, accompaniment and quality control. Regulated work — legal advice, notarial acts, sworn translation, brokerage, tax and accounting — is carried out by qualified professionals engaged for your case.
Unless we state otherwise in writing for your case, we do not act as your lawyer, your tax adviser or a licensed agent, and we do not represent you before an authority in a capacity that requires a licence.
5. Quotes and pricing
Package prices shown on this website are service fees for our own coordination work and nothing else. They are shown in EGP and USD, and the special prices are time-limited offers.
Government fees, third-party charges, translation and legalisation costs, travel, and any taxes that apply are not included. Additional hours and services not listed in a package are charged separately.
Visa and residency eligibility depends on nationality and on a review of the individual case, so no price implies an entitlement to a permit. The binding figure is always the written quotation issued for your case; amounts shown here are indicative, and currency conversion and bank charges are not ours.
6. Residency and government matters
Residency information on this website is orientation. It is not legal or immigration advice, and it is not a guarantee that any application will be approved.
Categories, fees, amounts, responsible offices and document requirements change, sometimes without notice. Only the competent authority decides an application, and neither the outcome nor the timeline is within our control.
7. Property information
Entries in the Property Desk are curated information prepared for a specific client brief. They are not offers, and they are not a guarantee of availability, ownership, condition, dimensions or price.
A review status states what was known at the time shown next to it. Availability and commercial terms can change at any moment, and a listing that is withdrawn disappears from the desk on the next page load.
Where the desk is running in demonstration mode it says so on the page, and nothing in it is a real property. Legal, technical and financial due diligence remains case-specific and is carried out with qualified professionals.
8. Security and protection services
Security support is planned and coordinated with vetted providers and adapted to the situation. No security service can guarantee that harm is prevented, and nothing offered here is such a guarantee.
Nothing on this website replaces the emergency services, official travel advice or an insurer's instructions.
9. Third parties
Authorities, lawyers, notaries, translators, agents, landlords, developers, schools, banks, drivers and other providers act on their own account. Where you contract with them, that contract is yours and not ours.
We select and coordinate them with care and we stay accountable for our own coordination, but we are not responsible for their decisions, their fees or their timing.
WhatsApp is an external service used to reach us. Its availability, its terms and its handling of your messages are outside our control.
10. Availability of this website
This website is provided as it is. It may be interrupted for maintenance, for a deployment, or by an incident at the hosting platform, and no continuous availability is promised.
The Property Desk may be unavailable, empty, or in demonstration mode. Content can become out of date except where a page shows an explicit verification date.
11. Using this website
Do not attempt to bypass the Property Desk gate, to test it with automated attempts, or to interfere with the operation of the site. Access to the protected area is personal to the client it was given to and must not be passed on; it can be withdrawn at any time.
Text, photographs, structure and design of this website belong to Cairo Elite Services or to its licensors and may not be reused commercially without permission.
12. Liability
The enforceable wording of this section depends on the contracting entity and the governing law, which section 2 leaves open. What follows records the intended position and is not final wording.
Liability is not excluded or limited where the applicable law does not allow it — in particular for intent, for gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Within those limits, we accept responsibility for our own coordination work.
We do not accept responsibility for the decisions of authorities or other third parties, for costs charged by them, or for a loss arising from information on this website that was relied on without a current, case-specific check.
- Final liability, exclusion and indemnity wording, drafted by counsel for the chosen jurisdiction
- Consumer rights that cannot be excluded in that jurisdiction, and how they are reflected here
- Whether professional indemnity insurance applies, and its limits
13. Governing law and disputes
The governing law, the place of jurisdiction, and any required consumer dispute-resolution information depend on the entity in section 2 and are still to be decided.
- Governing law and place of jurisdiction
- Mandatory dispute-resolution or complaints information for that jurisdiction
14. Changes to these terms
The version and the date at the top of this page identify the text you are reading. A material change raises the version, records a new date, and is reviewed by the accountable owner before publication.
Terms already agreed for an individual engagement are not changed by an update to this page.
